Empower Life Occupational Therapy is a small private paediatric practice that was created to make therapy accessible, meaningful and family-centred for children, teens and young adults aged 2 to 36 years across the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie Regions. We operate as a mobile service, bringing therapy into familiar environments to make participation easier and more meaningful, whether that's in your home, school or community. We deliver professional, fun and creative therapy tailored to each person's strength, interests and family priorities.

Director & Principal Occupational Therapist

I am a Paediatric Occupational Therapist located on the Central Coast, NSW, dedicated to helping my clients build confidence and improve their daily living skills. I graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2021 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and have experience supporting children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other learning disorders. I am passionate about collaborating with families, caregivers, and other health professionals to ensure my clients receive the best possible care and feel empowered to reach their full potential and live meaningful lives. I speak English, Punjabi, and Hindi, allowing me to support culturally diverse families with clear and comfortable communication. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, going on road trips, and hiking in nature.
