Empower Life Occupational Therapy is a small private paediatric practice offering occupational therapy services to children and adults aged 2 to 36 years across the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie Regions. We operate as a mobile service, bringing therapy to you, whether that's in your home, school or community setting, ensuring convenience and comfort for both clients and their families.
We believe in providing professional, fun, and creative intervention tailored to the child and adult's interests through a person and family-centred approach.

● Plan-managed participants - $193.99 per hour
● Self-managed NDIS participants - $193.99 per hour
● NDIA - Agency managed - $193.99 per hour
Travel is charged at 50% of the applicable hourly service rate and is capped in accordance with NDIS Travel Pricing Arrangements based on the location for service.
A kilometre rate of $1.00 per kilometre also applies.
Registered NDIS Provider
● Fees for Chronic Disease Management Program/Medicare Clients - $195.00 per hour
● Travel - $95.00 per hour
● Kilometre Rate - $1.00 per Kilometre
Full payment for services is required. A receipt will be issued to enable the client to claim through Medicare.
**Please note you are unable to claim a rebate from both Medicare AND your private health insurance. A gap payment will apply for private health insurance clients.
